The following two zip folders contain many legal documents, as well as a vast collection of contracting formats. It is a comprehensive list of forms we have gathered so that our customers may use them at their leisure and free at their disposal. We would like to stress that we are not responsible for the forms or any of their contents, but rather we are simply offering them (this point is stressed and enforced at the bottom of every single page throughout all forms.
